Super charged assassins!
This week has been quiet... too quiet... something must be amiss!
Reports have been coming in of some strange activities happening in the Staffordshire area. Nuclear explosions, asteroid strikes, strange lights in the sky, an outbreak of radioactive spiders and all that jazz. Long story short, you now all have super powers!
Unlike personification attacks, these super powers can be used in combination with any normal weapon. They are also slightly more powerful than would normally be allowed by the Umpire.
Below is the list of possible super powers players can inherit. At the bottom of the page is a form where you can select your preference in powers. Once all the forms are received you will be informed by email of who has received which power.

Kira (Deathnote)
Abilities
Kira has the ability to use the deathnote to kill any player he has a writ for. The deathnote comes with rules that must be abided. To make a kill Kira must have a clear picture of what the target looks like and must know the full name and pseudonym of the target.
In Kiras assassination report he must submit an image of the victim that is less than a week old, and a handwritten note (scan/photo) containing the victims name, pseudonym, and any specific details of the targets death. If this is not done correctly the kill will not count.
Anyone who uses the deathnote cannot enter heaven or hell. In this case, if you use the deathnote you cannot win the game, even if you kill the most players. Use the deathnote at your own peril.

Wicked Witch of the west
Abilities
The wicked witch can only be killed by water attacks. She can use a broom as a weapon, and can select up to three dead players to become flying monkeys (her thugs).
The Wicked Witch will earn double kudos if the kill is made whiles wearing a witches hat. If the player goes all out and wears a black gown with green facepaint they will earn triple kudos (pics or it didn't happen).

Wonder Woman
Abilities
Whenever wonder woman is wearing her indestructible bracelets (must be labelled) she can deflect bang or projectile kills with her wrists i.e. she can't be killed with a gun.
Wonder Woman can wield the lasso of truth which forces any assassins captured by it to reveal any assassin related information that they are asked to divulge. (e.g. "do you know who else is after me")
If Wonder Woman is wearing her tiara, and a star spangled costume when making a kill she will earn triple Kudos. The tiara can also double as a projectile weapon when thrown.

Bruce Lee IS A LETHAL WEAPON!... enough said.
Any contact Bruce Lee makes can count as a kill. As a result anyone who happens to see Bruce Lee around can kill him in self defence.

Poison Ivy
Abilities
Poison Ivy is one toxic motherfucker. Her lips are venomous and can kill you with one kill. She can also instakill with either poison or anthrax.
Poison Ivy can control the power of nature. This means that she can kill players using unlabelled natural item such as stick, leaves and pine cones. These can be used on whatever way Poison Ivy sees fit provided they are reasonably fair, safe and make contact with the target.

Lord Voldemort
Abilities
Lord Voldemort can use the three unforgivable curses as his arsenal. To do this he must have a labelled want and utter one of the following curses : -
"Avada Kedavra" - The Killing Curse : Instant kill from 10 meters provided the target is in ear shot (e.g. won't work in a crowded/noisy area).
"Crucio" - The Cruciatus Curse : Tortures the target from 5meters. The player must answer any question you ask that is assassin related. Remember that this spell only tortures, and doesn't kill. This means that you can cast it on ANY player.
"Imperio" - The Imperius Curse : Turns the target into your thug from 5m. This DOES count as a kill, although technically you are only controlling them.

Abilities
With the help of Cerebro Professor X can detect who the players are that have him as a writ. In response he is able to kill them in self defence.

Slenderman
Abilities
Slenderman is the shadow figure that haunts you in the darkest nightmares.
Slenderman is invulnerable after dark, however this is the only time that he is able to make a kill. In addition if a player shines a torch on slenderman he must stop in his tracks.
Slenderman can kill on contact, however his body does not count as a lethal weapon.
Slenderman earns double points if he is able to sneak up on a player when their back is turned. He earns triple points if he is wearing a morph suit and tie at the same time (pics or it didn't happen).

Jessie & James (Double trouble)
Abilities
Jessie and James are two players who share exactly the same writs. They can work together to kill their writs however the kill only provides 1 kill point as usual. They can either pick which player earns the kill, or they can have it split so they get 0.5 kill points each.
Jessie and James can turn on each other at any time and have it count as a kill.
Jessie and James have a passion for stealing Pokemon, although they are also able to steal thugs. If either Jessie or James throws a grenade labelled "pokeball" at another players thug it is instantly stolen. From that point on the thug belongs to whoever threw the pokeball.
Triple points if both Jessie and James are working together and can get through the whole team rocket motto before the actual kill.
The Mask
Abilities
The mask is an interesting character who is not limited by normal rules of logic. The mask is able to wield a shield or weapon of any size, his weapons have infinite ammo (can be used as bang kills when out).
The mask is able to dodge bullets, but only when wearing a green mask, or facepaint. This makes him invulnerable to all gun kills.

Two-face
Abilities
If you're unfortunate enough to inherit the powers of Two-Face well then you're one lucky sonofabitch.
Two-Face is a man ruled by luck, heads you live, and tails you... well you get the picture.
When playing as Two-Face you must flip a count after every encounter (victims choice). If Two-Face attack someone but loses the coin toss, the victim lives to fight another day. If Two-Face is attack the same applies and Two-Face might escape.
Once an attack has been proven unsuccessful the player is unable to perform another attack until the next day.
Two-Face earns 2.2x Kudos for everything he does.
Two-Face can pick 3 players to become his thugs.
He can also kill civilians without punishment providing he doesn't inconvenience the public. Because of this he is wanted by the police (but not other assassins).
